Per Section 29 of the Tobacco Regulation Act of 2003 (RA 9211), the Inter-Agency Committee-Tobacco (IAC-T) tasked to administer and implement the said Act, shall be composed of, among others, the Secretary of Trade and Industry (who sits as Chair), or an Undersecretary designated. This request covers all DTI position paper/s, or letter/s, document/s, or travaux preparatoires (expressing the opinion of the DTI, whether represented by the Secretary or an Undersecretary), related to the negotiation and drafting of IAC-T Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2004 (the IRR of RA 9211).
