Hi! I'm Pauline, a 4th yr. B Landscape Architecture student at UP Diliman. My thesis is a creative city development in San Nicolas, Manila. I would like to ask where and whom I can reach out to inquire about the state of the creative industry development in the country e.g. current programs and future plans of DTI, issues in implementing these, and the needs of the creative industry. So far I have emailed the Competitiveness and Innovation Group and NCRO last week, but with no reply yet

Also, do you have any information on the total number of establishments/businesses in San Nicolas?
