February 10, 2020 Dear Julius Jem, Greetings! Please note that this is a regular request and does not fall under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016). Regarding your concern, please be informed that the seller cannot be held liable for an item/product that is lost due to no fault of the seller. Replacement, refund, and/or reduced payment request in such case depends on the policy of the store. You may coordinate with the store, however, it will be their jurisdiction to offer goodwill to their customers. We hope we have clarified the matter. Thank you.
