Hi, Good day! I would like to ask for the following:

1. List of water refilling stations in Silay City, Negros Ocidental as of 2023.
2. List of water refilling stations in Silay City, Negros Occidental that has been closed due to failure to comply with the sanitary requirements.

The data would be used as reference in choosing our sample and number of participants for our survey.

The data will be needed by April 23, 2023 as we will be conducting the survey on the said date. Hoping for a response. Thank you!

You asked for The list of water refilling stations in Silay City, Negros Occidental Philiipines.

Response to your request

Please be informed that only sole proprietorships are registered with DTI, hence not all operating businesses may have been registered with DTI. 

Also, kindly be advised that business name registration with the DTI is NOT a permit or a license to engage in any kind of business and that the adoption of the Philippine Standard Industrial Classification (PSIC) in business name registration is solely for the purpose of classifying the primary business activities (product/s handled or service/s rendered) of those business names registered with the DTI. It is not intended to limit the activities of a business.

Similarly, please note that business name registration in DTI does not classify an enterprise as micro, small, medium or large as we do not require the capitalization in the registration.

Any business, however, needs to be registered with the Local Government Unit - Business Permit and Licensing Office where the business is located (business address).  In this context, we suggest that you contact the Local Government Unit - Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) of Silay City, Negros Occidental for proper assistance.

Your right to request a review
