Good day. I would just like to follow up the status of our refund request in Air asia which was process last October 29 2022. The owner of the money is a senior citizen and need the money for her maintenance medicine. Every time i message the air asia support status is in progress. My reference number is 113711822. Hope to speed up the process and get the refund the soonest. Thank you.
