Ako po ay si Karl Vincent P. Caerlang. Dating empleyado sa Angeles Medical Center Inc. at matagal nang naghihintay ng aking ECC Assistance. Last year nakapagpasa nadin ako ng aking requirements sa Human Resources ng ospital at sila na daw ang magsasubmit nito dahil ako ay nagkacovid noong 8/16/2021 at natapos ang aking isolation noong 09/06/2021. Nais ko lang pong malaman kung may progress na sa aking ECC Claim Assistance? Dahil hindi na po nagrereply sa akin yung taong pinagtatanungan ko sa Human Resources ng nabanggit na ospital. Maraming Salamat po.

    -The Employees' Compensation Program (ECP) aims to provide disability or death benefits due to work-connected sickness or injury; 

    -ECP covers all civilian employees in the government with GSIS coverage including uniformed personnel and all compulsory members of the SSS;

    -SSS serves as implementing agency of ECP in the private sector whereas GSIS implements the ECP in the public sector; the Employees' Compensation Commission (ECC) serves as appeal and policy-making body of the ECP; as implementing agency in the private sector, the evaluation of EC claims resides in the SSS; 

    -EC benefits are distinct and separate from SSS and GSIS benefits; 

    -EC cash assistance serves as accessory benefits to EC disability or death benefits due to work-connected covid19;
