i just want to ask how can i apply my deceased. husband to claim a ecc benefits 
he was recently dead due to covid 19

You asked for ecc benefits.

Response to Request

    Have you filed EC  Claim from SSS/GSIS?
    
    If you already have an approved EC claim at SSS/GSIS,  you can then file an EC cash assistance claim online at the ECC via: 
    
        https://cashassistance.ecc.gov.ph 
    
    from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM.

    The EC CA application form is available in our website / FB page and the requirements are as follows:
    1. Proof of Approved EC Claim Voucher from SSS/GSIS
    2. RT-PCR or Swab Test Result showing POSITIVE for CoVid-19, issued by a DOH accredited testing center / Medical Certificate / Home Quarantine Clearance issued by LGU Health Office/BHERT
    3. 2 Valid IDs

-additional documents may be required for COVID-19 death claim.
