Good day!
 
I am Faith Concepcion, an employee of Asian Hospital and Medical Center.
Together with my colleagues, we sent a documents/requirements direct on your drop box last October 11.
We would like to ask for a verification if the documents were on process or received already.
How can we know the status of our application.
Should we need to file it on cash assistance online portal or we just need to wait for your update?
