Good afternoon po, follow up ko lng po sana status ng application ko po for covid 19 cash assistance. Nasend ko n po through email (Sir Jeruz Castillo) yung mga requirements na hinihingi. Di ko po kasi alam if nareciv po kya nia yung mga sinand ko? or kung okie na po ba yung mga documents or baka may kulang pa po.... Thank you very much po and keep safe po tayong lahat....
