good day....
we would like to ask for help for my daughters hospitalization bills.Our bill was much higher as we never imagined,we cant afford to pay it due to we are in deep financial crisis.we ask and please you to help us to contribute for the ospitalization expenses and bills..
We hope and wait for your generosity to helping people like us.we will appreciate it much.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. In addition, claims for financial assistance for work-related illnesses or injuries may be coursed through the SSS or GSIS. However, you may wish to contact Executive Director Atty. Kaima Via B. Velasquez at info@ecc.gov.ph, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal.

Your right to request a review

Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
