    We would like to inform you that your name does not appear in our system. May we know when (exact date) and where did you submit your EC cash assistance application or do you have a copy of acknowledgment receipt? You may contact us via email at cashassistance@ecc.gov.ph; ca@ecc.gov.ph or through landline at no. 02-8899 4251.    

    Due to the high-volume of EC cash assistance applications we receive daily nationwide, may we request you to follow-up after 3 weeks upon submission of EC cash assistance.

Your right to request a review
