I would like to request information regarding EC claims filed by government workers (including contract of service and job order personnel) from 2016 to 2020. In particular, I would like to know the following:

1.	Total number of EC claims per year by government workers
2.	Number of EC claims per type of employment-related sickness/diagnosis
3.	Number of EC claims per type of employment-related injury/diagnosis
4.	Number of EC claims for employment-related death

I will appreciate it if the information will be disaggregated by sex, age range, and government agency.
