Good day!

This is Alvin Daniel A. Roman, Administrative Officer II of BIR, Personnel Division, National Office.
This message is regarding my COVID-19 ECC assistance request for the time we were affected this year 2022. 
Apologies for the late filing as I just recently received my GSIS EC Claim last November 10, 2022 as part of the requirements of this ECC Claim. 

As per checking, website, cashassistance.ecc.gov.ph is not working anymore. Website is on indefinite Maintenance period for weeks/ Months already. 

I've sent e-mail to ECC email for this inquiry already with the needed files.

    -The Employees' Compensation Program (ECP) aims to provide disability or death benefits due to work-connected sickness or injury; 

    -ECP covers all civilian employees in the government with GSIS coverage including uniformed personnel and all compulsory members of the SSS;

    -SSS serves as implementing agency of ECP in the private sector whereas GSIS implements the ECP in the public sector; the Employees' Compensation Commission (ECC) serves as appeal and policy-making body of the ECP; as implementing agency in the private sector, the evaluation of EC claims resides in the SSS; 

    -EC benefits are distinct and separate from SSS and GSIS benefits; 

    -EC cash assistance serves as accessory benefits to EC disability or death benefits due to work-connected covid19;
