Hi Good day I am an employer who processed SSS sickness. I would to follow up kung kailan po macecredit yung EC sa account  ng employee namin since 1 month na po ang lumipas since naapproved ni SSS yunn sickness niya both for SS and EC last June 20, 2022 pero until now hindi padin nacecredit yung EC niya sa account niya. Tapos na din siya sa amin sa sickness pero ongoing padin yung sa EC niya. Before po 1 week lang nacecredit na sa employee yung EC pero bakit po sa case niya 1 month na po.

I will you give you the details of the employee if needed po.

    -The Employees' Compensation Program (ECP) aims to provide disability or death benefits due to work-connected sickness or injury; 

    -ECP covers all civilian employees in the government with GSIS coverage including uniformed personnel and all compulsory members of the SSS;

    -SSS serves as implementing agency of ECP in the private sector whereas GSIS implements the ECP in the public sector; the Employees' Compensation Commission (ECC) serves as appeal and policy-making body of the ECP; as implementing agency in the private sector, the evaluation of EC claims resides in the SSS; 

    -EC benefits are distinct and separate from SSS and GSIS benefits; 

    -EC cash assistance serves as accessory benefits to EC disability or death benefits due to work-connected covid19;
