wala na po kse talaga kaming pera inaasahan po namin ang approval ng sss sa aking na file na sickness pero napag alaman ko po na hindi ito na file ng H.R namin nag resign na po sya.sobrang hirap po talaga dahil naoperahan pa po ang aking ka live in parang awa nyo na po tulungan nyo naman po ako.

    -The Employees' Compensation Program (ECP) aims to provide disability or death benefits due to work-connected sickness or injury; 

    -ECP covers all civilian employees in the government with GSIS coverage including uniformed personnel and all compulsory members of the SSS;

    -SSS serves as implementing agency of ECP in the private sector whereas GSIS implements the ECP in the public sector; the Employees' Compensation Commission (ECC) serves as appeal and policy-making body of the ECP; as implementing agency in the private sector, the evaluation of EC claims resides in the SSS; 

    -EC benefits are distinct and separate from SSS and GSIS benefits; 

    -EC cash assistance serves as accessory benefits to EC disability or death benefits due to work-connected covid19;
