Covid positive last march 2021
but last dec. 2022 lang na approved sa SSS yong EC for covid positive , we want to apply ECC cash assistant for covid positive, but we can't access or submit online appliction to Employee compensation Commission due always Maintenance Mode...and they cant accept courier or face to face for submit or documents..

    -The Employees' Compensation Program (ECP) aims to provide disability or death benefits due to work-connected sickness or injury; 

    -ECP covers all civilian employees in the government with GSIS coverage including uniformed personnel and all compulsory members of the SSS;

    -SSS serves as implementing agency of ECP in the private sector whereas GSIS implements the ECP in the public sector; the Employees' Compensation Commission (ECC) serves as appeal and policy-making body of the ECP; as implementing agency in the private sector, the evaluation of EC claims resides in the SSS; 

    -EC benefits are distinct and separate from SSS and GSIS benefits; 

    -EC cash assistance serves as accessory benefits to EC disability or death benefits due to work-connected covid19;

as per our understanding (pls refer attached statement ) Workers in the private and government sector, including the uniformed personnel, who became COVID-19 positive due to work or working condition can apply for cash assistance at cashassistance.ecc.gov.ph. so therefore we are qualify or noT? you mean this cash assistant is only for death that for work related? 
Second concern- unable to submit our documents due ECC portal is always maintenance mode.. also ECC agency cant accept thru courier or persolly submitted our documents..any advice what will we do? thank you
