I was hired in a private school. The school doesn't issue an employment contract and appointment as of now resulting my salary is still on hold. I was started reporting already last August 15, 2023 up to the present. I am now working for 20 days. I already submitted all the required document that they need. My medical exam results is also good so that they ask me to report ASAP. I have also family to feed and I have a younger brother who still studying in college and I am the one to support his finances. Is this fair?
