Hi, I would like to follow up the EC Cash Assistance Application of Ms. Lesley Viana with control number 2021-3F699C-22810. It was encoded in your system on October 14, 2021. 

On October 15, Mr. Rio of ECC called Ms. Lesley and asked her to email clearer copies of the requirements. She sent it right away. 

I am hoping for your feedback with my concern. Thank you!

    -The Employees' Compensation Program (ECP) aims to provide disability or death benefits due to work-connected sickness or injury; 

    -ECP covers all civilian employees in the government with GSIS coverage including uniformed personnel and all compulsory members of the SSS;

    -SSS serves as implementing agency of ECP in the private sector whereas GSIS implements the ECP in the public sector; the Employees' Compensation Commission (ECC) serves as appeal and policy-making body of the ECP; as implementing agency in the private sector, the evaluation of EC claims resides in the SSS; 

    -EC benefits are distinct and separate from SSS and GSIS benefits; 

    -EC cash assistance serves as accessory benefits to EC disability or death benefits due to work-connected covid19;
