I am an Private Employer po na nagpaprocess po ng SSS Sickness/EC Benefits ng mga employees po namin. May mga few questions lang po ako regarding sa EC Cash Assitance. 

1. Hiwalay po ba na benefits yung EC Benefit na nakukuha po from SSS and yung EC CA? Bale po 2 benefits ito?
2. If yes, once maclaim na po nila yung SS and EC, recommended na yung staff  ba  yung maglalakad ng EC CA  sa EC branch & need lang namin is maibalik sa kanya yung approved forms & voucher  na katunayan na ginawan namin siya ng check?
3. For COVID19 lang po ba yung EC CA?
4. Hanggang kailan po yung coverage nito?

You asked for EC Cash Assistance Concern.

Response to Request

    1. Hiwalay po ba na benefits yung EC Benefit na nakukuha po from SSS and yung EC CA? Bale po 2 benefits ito?
        - Ang EC Benefit na nakukuha po from SSS ay hiwalay sa EC Cash Assistance. Ang EC benefits ay regular benefits na nakukuha kapag nagkaroon ng work-related na pagkakasakit or aksidente. 
        - Kapag na-approve na ang EC benefit sa SSS, maaari pong mag-file ng EC Cash assistance sa mismong ECC office. 
    
    2. If yes, once maclaim na po nila yung SS and EC, recommended na yung staff  ba  yung maglalakad ng EC CA  sa EC branch & need lang namin is maibalik sa kanya yung approved forms & voucher  na katunayan na ginawan namin siya ng check?
        -(yung staff  ba  yung maglalakad)yes. hindi nyo na po responsibilidad ang paglalakad ng EC claim nila. maaari nyo po sila matulungan sa pag comply ng requirements katulad ng EC Voucher
    
    3. For COVID19 lang po ba yung EC CA?
        -COVID and non-COVID (Victims of work related incidents / illnesses that occurred in 2018 and onwards)
        
    4. Hanggang kailan po yung coverage nito?
        -3 years po ang prescriptive period. May 3 taon po ang isang claimant upang i-file nya ang kanyang EC claims

Sa no.2 question ko po na yung staff na po ang maglalakad ng EC.
Pano po pala yun since kailangan po ng Medical Certificate/RT PCR Swab Test Result. 

Pag EC po kasi pinapasa namin yung original documents nila sa SSS mismo. And hindi na po naibabalik samin after. Ok lang po ba photocopy and tatakan na lang po namin ng Certified True Copy yung ibibigay namin sa staff na ipapasa mismo sa inyo?
