Hi! Can our company request for ECC clearance? our company already secured SSS Clearance stating that we are updated in paying our monthly contributions. Apparently, we are also ask to submit ECC Clearance for bidding purposes. Please let me know if there are any requirements that we need to comply. Thank you.

You asked for ECC Clearance.

Response to Request

You may also secure ECC clearance from the SSS branch where you were remitting your EC contributions. The Employees' Compensation Commission is not issuing ECC clearance. Only the SSS can attest that you are not delinquent in remitting your EC contributions.
