Hello, good morning. May question lang po ako about the COVID-19 Cash Assistance. Pang-ilang question ko na to pero walang nakakasagot po kasi ng tanong ko. I was diagnosed with COVID-19 last September 2021, when I was about to file for claim, nalaman kong nag-stop ng filing for cash aid kesyo wala raw funds. Now, may nabasa rin akong 3 years lang from the diganosis/recovery date ang claiming. Papaano po yun if closed pa rin ang filing ng cash claim, e next year of September, 3rd year na from the date na na-diagnose ako ng COVID. Makakapag-file pa ba ako ng cash aid claim?

    -The Employees' Compensation Program (ECP) aims to provide disability or death benefits due to work-connected sickness or injury; 

    -ECP covers all civilian employees in the government with GSIS coverage including uniformed personnel and all compulsory members of the SSS;

    -SSS serves as implementing agency of ECP in the private sector whereas GSIS implements the ECP in the public sector; the Employees' Compensation Commission (ECC) serves as appeal and policy-making body of the ECP; as implementing agency in the private sector, the evaluation of EC claims resides in the SSS; 

    -EC benefits are distinct and separate from SSS and GSIS benefits; 

    -EC cash assistance serves as accessory benefits to EC disability or death benefits due to work-connected covid19;
