I can't go through eccads it keeps refreshing when all the info/reqs has been attached.No captcha appears on the last page to be able to submit.is there another way of filing?

As of now, we only receive EC Cash Assistance applications via online. Rest assured that we will resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

If you will encounter similar error in your next attempt, please take a screenshot of the error and email the screenshot to: webmaster@ecc.gov.ph together with all your application documents. 

Your right to request a review
