Good Day! I already submitted all the required documents for ECC Cash Assistance for Covid-19 Positive in ECC Makati Office last July 16 2021. For now I did not receive any email, call, or text message about my ECC Claims. I would like to follow up the status of my claim. I was been twice positive in covid-19, From March 29 to April 10 and May 9 to May 19 2021

    -The Employees' Compensation Program (ECP) aims to provide disability or death benefits due to work-connected sickness or injury; 

    -ECP covers all civilian employees in the government with GSIS coverage including uniformed personnel and all compulsory members of the SSS;

    -SSS serves as implementing agency of ECP in the private sector whereas GSIS implements the ECP in the public sector; the Employees' Compensation Commission (ECC) serves as appeal and policy-making body of the ECP; as implementing agency in the private sector, the evaluation of EC claims resides in the SSS; 

    -EC benefits are distinct and separate from SSS and GSIS benefits; 

    -EC cash assistance serves as accessory benefits to EC disability or death benefits due to work-connected covid19;
