This was initially raise last October 24, 2021, it turned out all of their replies are mere promises. This would be the 2nd follow up.

ECC Application was submitted to EC Office last October 06, 2021, and after 2 1/2 months the EC Cash Assistance still un-released or remain unprocessed.

I made several email follow ups, but no one responded. I guess they will be on a Holiday period already.

Kindly provide definite time as to when it can be certified, funded and release. Thanks

    -The Employees' Compensation Program (ECP) aims to provide disability or death benefits due to work-connected sickness or injury; 

    -ECP covers all civilian employees in the government with GSIS coverage including uniformed personnel and all compulsory members of the SSS;

    -SSS serves as implementing agency of ECP in the private sector whereas GSIS implements the ECP in the public sector; the Employees' Compensation Commission (ECC) serves as appeal and policy-making body of the ECP; as implementing agency in the private sector, the evaluation of EC claims resides in the SSS; 

    -EC benefits are distinct and separate from SSS and GSIS benefits; 

    -EC cash assistance serves as accessory benefits to EC disability or death benefits due to work-connected covid19;
