Hello! I would like to know if senior who just retired and caught covid is entitled for the benifit of this cash assistance?

Can he file or not anymore. He retired & resigned from his agency last Dec.31
2020. Then he got  Covid last March 29,2021. Just clarifying kung pwede pa.

Response to Request

The subject individual (senior citizen) is not eligible for any EC benefits in this situation since he/she was no longer in service when he/she contracted the COVID-19.
