Hi,

Good day!

Nag positive kase ako before sa covid last May 4. Approved na yung SSS Sickness Notification ko pero hindi pa nagrereflect kay Employer ko (Texicon Agri Ventures Corp.). So since approved na yung SSS Sickness ko, no need nb ako mag submit ng SSS B-300 form or other forms? Basta mbigay ko lng yung mga requirements? (COE, RT-PCR, Clearance & 2 valid ID)  pra ma claim yung EC Cash Assistance? I mean diretso nb ako sa pag file sa EC Cash Assistance ko? Also, I'd to ask if how much yung EC Cash Assistance for covid positive, is it 10k or 30k?

You asked for Financial assistance for COVID 19 positive.

Response to Request

    We hope you are doing well nowadays.

    To avail of the EC Cash Assistance,  we need the approved EC sickness or TTD benefit,  not the SSS sickness.  So,  to process your EC claim kindly submit the filled out SSS forms B300 and B309,  together with our COVID required documents at the SSS branch nearest your place of residence or office.

    Once again,   under the EC Cash Assistance we need  the  proof of your approved  EC TTD/sickness claim from the SSS.

    Currently,  the EC Cash Assistance is pegged at P10,000.
