Good day! I would like to request for the requirements as well as information in filing COVID-19 Compensation Claims applicable for a healthcare worker in Ospital ng Makati, aside from GSIS/SSS Benefit, specifically for a doctor who contracted/got exposed to during duty and was instructed for home isolation for seven days. 

There are compensation guidelines for agencies under the DOH, however for LGUs I am not quite sure if there is such benefit given.

    -The Employees' Compensation Program (ECP) aims to provide disability or death benefits due to work-connected sickness or injury; 

    -ECP covers all civilian employees in the government with GSIS coverage including uniformed personnel and all compulsory members of the SSS;

    -SSS serves as implementing agency of ECP in the private sector whereas GSIS implements the ECP in the public sector; the Employees' Compensation Commission (ECC) serves as appeal and policy-making body of the ECP; as implementing agency in the private sector, the evaluation of EC claims resides in the SSS; 

    -EC benefits are distinct and separate from SSS and GSIS benefits; 

    -EC cash assistance serves as accessory benefits to EC disability or death benefits due to work-connected covid19;
