Good day! I submitted the original required documents for ECC cash assistance for Covid-19 positive in ECC Makati Office last Oct. 4, 2021. However, until now, I did not receive any text message acknowledging my submission of documents. In this regard, I would like to follow up the status of my claim. Herewith are my details to wit:

    We would like to inform you that your application is still on queue for encoding and we cannot give you yet the control number.

    Note: Due to the high-volume of EC cash assistance applications we receive daily nationwide, may we request you to follow-up after 3 weeks upon submission of EC cash assistance.
