Good Day!

I would like to ask for the control number of my ECC application for Covid-19 positive claimants. I submitted my first documents by mail through LBC 1st week of October 2021 and never received any feedback about it. Secondly, I submitted again my documents for the said application through online but recieved  notification saying that I already have an existing online application.

Please help me know my control number so I can check online the status of my ECC application.

    -The Employees' Compensation Program (ECP) aims to provide disability or death benefits due to work-connected sickness or injury; 

    -ECP covers all civilian employees in the government with GSIS coverage including uniformed personnel and all compulsory members of the SSS;

    -SSS serves as implementing agency of ECP in the private sector whereas GSIS implements the ECP in the public sector; the Employees' Compensation Commission (ECC) serves as appeal and policy-making body of the ECP; as implementing agency in the private sector, the evaluation of EC claims resides in the SSS; 

    -EC benefits are distinct and separate from SSS and GSIS benefits; 

    -EC cash assistance serves as accessory benefits to EC disability or death benefits due to work-connected covid19;

Hello, I have read your reply and I could'nt see any answer to my inquiry. I was asking for my ECC Control Number after filing it through mail and online since I did not  get one. I have filed for the cash assistance after getting covid-19. Please read my email again to get the details.
