Hi! I applied last November 19, 2021 for Cash Assistance from ECC. 

Last February 8, 2022, I saw a remarks/comment from ECC online application-result saying that my application is on-hold and they are requesting me to submit approved EC voucher from SSS and email it on cashassistance@ecc.gov.ph.

Last February 21, 2022, I emailed the ECC attaching my approved EC Voucher from SSS, my complete requirements, and the remarks/comment from ECC. But there is no reply from ECC.

In line with this, I would like to ask for the update of the status of my application and if the ECC received my email. TY!

    -The Employees' Compensation Program (ECP) aims to provide disability or death benefits due to work-connected sickness or injury; 

    -ECP covers all civilian employees in the government with GSIS coverage including uniformed personnel and all compulsory members of the SSS;

    -SSS serves as implementing agency of ECP in the private sector whereas GSIS implements the ECP in the public sector; the Employees' Compensation Commission (ECC) serves as appeal and policy-making body of the ECP; as implementing agency in the private sector, the evaluation of EC claims resides in the SSS; 

    -EC benefits are distinct and separate from SSS and GSIS benefits; 

    -EC cash assistance serves as accessory benefits to EC disability or death benefits due to work-connected covid19;
