Hi! I would like to request information about the Secondary Price Cap (SPC).
Specifically,
1) The basis of ERC to set the SPC to PHP6,245/MWh
2) The basis for the breach condition of PHP9,000/MWh Rolling Average of the generator-weighted average price (GWAP)
Any data that could lead to answers about this will be a huge help. Thank you!
