Hi! I would like to request the following:

1.) The current Rules of Practice and Procedure and any resolutions relating to the procedure of filing a complaint or pleading in the ERC

2.) The Current Rules Governing the Procurement, Execution, and Evaluation of Power Supply Agreements and any other resolutions related to Power Supply Agreements

This has reference to your request for information, which we received via eportal  on August 4, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
 
You requested for information on the following:
 
1.	The current Rules of Practice and Procedure and any resolutions relating to the procedure of filing a complaint or pleadings in the ERC
2.	The current Rules Governing the Procurement, Execution, and Evaluation of Power Supply Agreements and any other resolutions related to Power Supply Agreements

For your first (1st) request, the current ERC Rules of Practice and Procedure can be found under ERC Resolution No. 1, Series of 2021 entitled “A Resolution Adopting the Revised Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Energy Regulatory Commission”. The said Resolution is posted online and available for download on the ERC website at https://www.erc.gov.ph/ under Issuances/Resolutions & Rules.

For your second request, we will respond to your request on or before August 15, 2023, in accordance with the Executive Order’s Implementing Rules and Regulations.
