Hi, I would like to request some historical and forecasted data submitted by AKELCO:
1. Historical annual Peak Demand data from 2015–2022
2. Forecasted annual Peak demand data from 2023–2030
3. Historical annual Energy sales/purchase data from 2015–2022
4. Forecasted annual Energy sales/purchase data from 2023–2030

Dear JOSHUA,
I refer to your letter on Oct 24, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for “Historical and Forecasted Data of AKELCO.”
However, the ERC FOI Manual provides that an FOI Request should contain a proof of identification (at least one (1) government issued ID with photo).
In this regard, to proceed with your request, we have noted that your Student ID's information is not current (AY 2020). Kindly provide a copy of your Student ID displaying the most recent Academic Year or furnish us a valid government-issued ID here at the FOI portal or submit via email to records@erc.ph.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 16, 2024, your request will be closed.
We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
