I refer to your letter on Nov 04, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for “CEPALCO Franchise Distribution Feeders Data and Map, and Historical Electricity Rate.”

However, the ERC FOI Manual provides that an FOI Request should contain a proof of identification (at least one (1) government issued ID with photo).

We have noticed that you submitted a School ID without Academic Year. In this regard, to proceed with your request, kindly provide a copy of your Student ID displaying the most recent Academic Year or furnish us a valid government-issued ID here at the FOI portal or submit via email to records@erc.ph.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 29, 2024, your request will be closed.
