I am writing to request data regarding the monthly total electricity rates paid by residential customers for each Electric Cooperative/Distribution Utility in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Specifically, I am interested in data covering the period from January 2019 up to the most recent available data for 2023. Your assistance in providing this information would be greatly appreciated.
