Hi FOI Admin,

I respectfully request a copy of the Annex B - "Revised Uniform Reportorial Requirement (URR) Spreadsheet Template" of ERC Res. 14, Series of 2022. This has been published in the official website of the Commission, however, the Annex B (in spreadsheet format) was not attached in the uploaded file.
