I would like to request annual reliability indices SAIFI and SAIDI of electric distribution utilities in the Philippines spanning 2000 (or earliest available) to 2022. This will be part of a research study.

I refer to your letter on Nov 08, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for "Reliability indices (SAID, SAIFI) of electric distribution utilities."
However, the ERC FOI Manual provides that an FOI Request should contain a proof of identification (at least one (1) government issued ID with photo).
We have noticed that you submitted an expired ID (Passport). In this regard, to proceed with your request, kindly provide a copy of your valid government-issued ID here at the FOI portal or submit via email to records@erc.ph.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 31, 2024, your request will be closed.
