Hi ERC, I would like to request a copy of the application, including the annexes/attachments, for the rate increase by SMC plants (Ilijan and Sual) in relation to the PSAs between each of the SMC plants and Meralco. I am a customer in the Meralco franchise.

To clarify, the requested documents for SPPC Ilijan is the (Joint) Motion for Price Adjustment (with Prayer for Provisional Authority and/or Interim Relief and Confidential Treatment of Information) dated May 10, 2022 for ERC Case No. 2019-081 RC; 

while similar document motion for price adjustment for SMEC Sual for ERC Case No. 2019-080 RC filed in about the same time with SPPC Ilijan.
