I refer to your letter on Nov 08, 2021 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Electricity Rates: a copy of the request: #ERC-914405947046.

The ERC FOI Manual provides that an FOI Request should contain the ff.:

1. Details of the requesting party such as name, contact information, affiliation, company or organization;
2. Reasonable description of the information requested;
3. Specific reason for, or purpose of, the request for information;
