However, the ERC FOI Manual provides that an FOI Request should contain a government issued ID with photo.

In this regard, you may attach your proof of identification (government issued ID with photo) here at the FOI portal, or submit via email to records@erc.ph.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Sep 18, 2023, your request will be closed.
