Hi! I am Patricia Ann M. Cruz, an associate lawyer from C&G Law. I write to inquire about the status of ERC Case No. 2018-002 RM, or the draft “Rules Governing the Execution, Review, and Evaluation of Power Supply Agreements Entered Into by Distribution Utilities for the Supply of Electricity to their Captive Market.”  ERC posted this rule for comments sometime in April 2018. May I know if this rule was eventually finalized and passed? And if so, may I please get a copy?
