I respectfully request the copy of the appendices of ERC Res. 09, Series of 2022, entitled "A Resolution Adopting the Rules and Procedures to Govern the Monitoring of Reliability Performance of Small Grid Generating Units". This has been published in the official website of the Commission, however, the appendices were not attached in the uploaded file. The following are the appendices:
Appendix A- Cause Code for Generators
Appendix B- Reporting Format for Generation Companies
