We humbly request for information pertaining to the following LCOE parameters: the current Capital Cost, Fixed Operation and Maintenance Cost, and Variable Operation and Maintenance cost for Solar, Wind, Hydropower, and Biomass Energy in Occidental Mindoro or the Philippines.
