Hi,
I would like to request your assistance with the following data below on the Top 20 provinces in the Philippines for research purposes:
1.	Highest shortfall in electricity in MW
-	Contracted power supply in MW 
-	Power deficit in MW
2.	Highest electricity rate
-	Electric cooperative
-	Franchise area
-	Electricity rate in pesos per kWh
-	Breakdown of electricity rate (such as generation and distribution charge)
3.	The highest frequency of brownout

I refer to my letter of Apr 17, 2023; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for “Recent data on electricity rate, deficit, and frequency of brownout.”

Our response to your request is due on April 27, 2023. Please be informed however, that it is necessary to extend the period for consideration of your request by 05 working days from April 27, 2023, due to the reason that the data being requested are still in process.
