Hi, I would like to know the scheduled outage vs actual outage or the GOMP for each power plant in the Philippiens

The GOMP file of NGCP is a scanned copy and contains blurred documents. 

I would for a simplified database of outages per power plant. 

The data requested is as follows

1. Power Plant Name
2. Unit(if applicable)
3. Region
4. Power Type (Coal, Oil, etc.)
5. Rated Capacity 
6. Scheduled/Rescheduled Outages
7. Actual Outages
8. Reason for Outage

I refer to my letter of Jan 24, 2024; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for "Outage Schedule vs Actual Occurence/GOMP for all power plants."
