We would like to request for a copy of (a) the Power Supply Agreement (PSA) between Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) and South Premiere Power Corporation (SPPC) entered in 2023, and (b) the application for the ERC’s approval of this PSA. Based on a news article (https://powerphilippines.com/sppc-offers-to-replace-330-mw-supply-to-meralco/), such PSA will take effect from August 26, 2023 until March 25, 2024, pending approval from the ERC. We will use these documents as part of our legal research on the electricity generation industry. Thank you and we look forward to your immediate response.
