Dear Cezar John Estrada,
I refer to your letter about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for "E Coop and DU Transformers."
However, the ERC FOI Manual provides that an FOI Request should contain a proof of identification (at least one (1) government issued ID with photo).
We have noticed that you submitted an expired ID (Driver's License). In this regard, to proceed with your request, kindly provide a copy of your updated government-issued ID here at the FOI portal or submit it via email to records@erc.ph.
