However, the ERC FOI Manual provides that an FOI Request should contain a proof of identification (at least one (1) government issued ID with photo).

We have noticed that you submitted an expired ID (Driver's License). In this regard, to proceed with your request, kindly provide a copy of your updated government-issued ID  here at the FOI portal or submit it via email to records@erc.ph.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 08, 2024, your request will be closed.
