I am appealing my request for Annex "A", "B", and ""C" of ERC Case No. 2021-052 RC Tracking no: #ERC-828866855313
"A" - Schematic Diagram showing the exact location of Tanza Substation and pictures thereof
"B" - Detailed list of equipment and machinery to be used/re-used and/or retired at the Tanza substation, with corresponding specificaiton values, and
"C" - Load flow simulaiton/study, conducted on effect of withdrawal from said equipment and machinery

Reminding you of Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016—the enabling order for Freedom of Information—which operationalizes in the Executive Branch the People’s Constitutional right to information, under Section 3, it states that:
“Access to information. Every Filipino shall have access to information, official records, public records and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development.”
