Good day! I would like to request data on:

1. Composition of charges reflected in electricity bill
2. Generation charge from 2019 to present
3. Charges based on climate or weather conditions (Monthly or Quarterly Generation Charge from 2019 to present)
4. Monthly or Quarterly Energy Consumption Report from 2019 to present
5. Energy Consumption per Sector from year 2000 to present

Dear Jazmin,

I refer to your letter on Nov 02, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for "Data on energy generation and consumption."

However, the ERC FOI Manual provides that an FOI Request should contain a proof of identification (at least one (1) government issued ID with photo).

We have noticed that you submitted a School ID without Academic Year. In this regard, to proceed with your request, kindly provide a copy of your Student ID displaying the most recent Academic Year or furnish us a valid government-issued ID here at the FOI portal or submit via email to records@erc.ph.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 26, 2024, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
