We're currently looking for information regarding the history and nature behind the "Special Programs" deduction from generation charge and volume for CEPALCO. 

Per our online research, there was a case filed (G.R. No. 127371) filed related to this. Can you please elaborate on the background of the case and why this ended in a deduction to the monthly generated volume and generation charge of CEPALCO,
